The Castleton Micro Celebration is a carefully curated wedding experience designed for celebrations of 50 guests or fewer. While smaller in scale, these weddings are often rich in detail — featuring layered design, thoughtful table settings, plated meals, and moments that feel deeply personal and beautifully composed. This experience is ideal for couples who value intention over scale and wish to celebrate on the estate in a way that feels refined, immersive, and fully hosted.

Estate Exclusivity & Setting
- Exclusive use of Castleton Estate's 110-acre gated estate on your wedding day
- Use of the estate for engagement, bridal, and boudoir photography sessions
Bridal & Groom Preparations
- Day-of access to the Bridal Suite and Hair & Makeup Suite, beginning at 10:00 am
- Professional hair and makeup services for the bride and up to three bridesmaids (Additional attendants may be included)
- Lunch provided for the bridal party
- Use of the Groom’s Suite, featuring lounge amenities and estate access beginning at 12:00 pm
- Lunch provided for the groom and groomsmen, with curated buffet selections
- Use of the Castleton Estate golf cart for pre-ceremony portraits
Photography & Entertainment
- 6–8 hours of professional photography coverage, capturing the day in a natural, editorial style
- A professional DJ providing sound for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception
Ceremony & Reception Design
- Choice of white or black garden chairs for ceremony and reception
- All tables for ceremony and reception included
- Linen selections available in a curated range of colors
- China, flatware, and glassware provided in a variety of refined styles
- A $3,500 floral allowance, thoughtfully applied to:
- Bridal and bridesmaids’ bouquets
- Boutonnières and corsages
- Ceremony arbor and décor
- Reception florals and centerpieces
- A licensed officiant for the ceremony
- A small two-tier wedding cake, custom-designed to reflect your style
Dining & Bar Experience
- A curated dining experience designed for an intimate guest count
- Beer and wine bar service provided as part of the package (Clients provide alcohol)
Planning, Hosting & Guest Experience
- A dedicated on-site event coordinator overseeing setup, décor placement, and execution
- A wedding planner to guide you through the planning process
- Parking attendants and on-site transportation to support smooth guest arrival and departure
