The Hosted Rehearsal Experience with Welcome Gathering & Rehearsal Dinner Option
- Parents and the wedding party are welcomed inside the manor with champagne punch for an intimate welcome gathering. This intentional gathering sets the tone for the weekend — allowing everyone to arrive, settle in, and connect before transitioning outdoors to walk through the ceremony together.
- A guided ceremony rehearsal follows the gathering- allowing you to step into the weekend feeling calm, confident, and welcomed.
- Valet parking is provided for this experience, the Castleton Team will also unload your vehicles for you
- You will be guided throughout by your Dedicated Wedding Host to ensure a calm, confident start to the weekend
*Couples may choose to elevate their rehearsal gathering by choosing our Private Estate Welcome Enhancement which includes passed champagne and hors d’ oeuvres as you and your wedding party arrive or by extending the evening with our optional Intimate Estate Dinner or Estate Welcome Reception Enhancement following the rehearsal.
Bridal Arrival & Morning Hospitality
- Private use of our on-site Bridal Suite and Hair & Makeup Suite, beginning at 8:00 am

- Morning breakfast assortment for the bridal party, followed by a curated lunch experience

Groom’s Gathering
- Dedicated Groom’s Suite featuring a pool table, massage chair, corn-hole, and access to Castleton's pool

The Castleton Host Experience
- A Dedicated Wedding Host, who also serves as your lead event coordinator, remains with you throughout the day. This role combines thoughtful planning, behind-the-scenes execution, and calm, continuous presence — ensuring your day unfolds seamlessly while your experience remains protected.
- Intentional thoughtful pauses are built into your timeline, allowing private moments to unfold naturally before transitions
- Behind-the-scenes coordination is handled seamlessly so your attention stays on the moments that matter
Ceremony & Reception Design
- Access to the Castleton Estate golf cart for pre-ceremony portraits
- Choice of white or black garden chairs for ceremony and reception (up to 200; additional seating available)
- All tables for ceremony and reception included
- Selection of linens from over 100 styles and colors, with a $1,500 linen allowance
- China, flatware, and glassware in a variety of refined styles, with a $3,000 allowance
- Reception space appointed with dimmable chandeliers, eight-piece reception draping, and access to curated in-house décor including candelabras, chandeliers, mirrors, signage, and soft seating furniture. (Centerpieces not included)
Seamless Guest Experience
- Two covered spaces providing a built-in Plan B without compromise

Planning, Design & Execution

Castleton Estate is a hosted, luxury wedding venue offering a fully planned and professionally managed estate experience. Because of the scale of the property and the level of service included, weddings at Castleton represent a higher investment than a traditional venue rental.
Our Castleton Experiences range from $15,995-$29,999 with most couples investing $50,000+++ overall for a Saturday wedding. This range reflects the full scope of the Castleton experience, including exclusive use of the estate, full planning and design services, professional florals and event design, in-house culinary experiences, staffing, and the core vendor team required to execute the day at this level.
Our Sunday and weekday wedding package is designed as a more intimate, streamlined experience which often begins at $40,000+++, while still offering the same thoughtful care and elevated hospitality.
